MGN Linear Rail (configurable)
This document makes it very easy to integrate linear rails into your designs. It contains configurations for several sizes of rail, including: MGN5, MGN7, MGN9, MGN12, and MGN15. It also allows you to configure the length of the rail, as well as the inset of the first hole. There is also a configuration for short blocks (C) or long blocks (H). The best part of it all is you can change it once it's already been imported!
The way this document is structured, it is generating the geometry itself instead of importing it from CAD, meaning changing the rail type, size, length, etc. once it has already been imported is very easy. All the dimensions for each configuration are taken directly from Hiwin, the producer of the best quality linear rails.
Our recommended vendor for linear rails is Printed Solid, the Prusa distributor in the US. They carry high quality rails at reasonable prices. While they don't carry every single size it's possible to make with this doc, they have most of the common ones. The rest can always be found on Amazon or Aliexpress.
Aluminum Slide Stack (configurable)
This doc is a cheap and easy way to create stacks of Long Robotics slides. The length of the slides is configurable, as is the orientation. You can also configure the slides to be belted or strung, depending on your application.
Long Robotics Slides (configurable)
This doc simply combines Long Robotics LRS300 and LRS400 slides into the same doc, making it easier to import them and change the length once they're already inside a design.
Viper Slides (configurable)
This doc makes it very simple to create a stack of goBILDA Viper slides. The number of slides is configurable, and all of them are pre-assembled with hardware. There is a toggle for adding a Low Profile U-Channel to the back side of the stack, and the stack orientation is mirrorable from left to right to suit your needs.
